The weekly Grail: Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Sharing, posting or inviting anyone is never required to enter.

2. Sponsor

The weekly Grail is sponsored by Blue Coast Water, LLC (the "Sponsor"), which runs likelikelab and the Fashionista program on this website.

3. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a Fashionista account with a verified email address. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.

When you enter you confirm that you are 18 or older and live in the United States. Tickets held by anyone who does not meet these rules are void.

4. The weekly period

There is one Grail each week. A week runs from Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Tickets earned during a week go into that week’s drawing only; they do not carry over.

5. How to enter for free

Tap "Enter this week" on the Grail page (https://likelikelab.com/grail) and confirm your eligibility. That gives you 1 free ticket for the week. No play is required.

After you have entered once, your free ticket renews automatically in any later week in which you play at least one round of the style games, until these rules change. In a week you do not play, you can still enter for free with the same button.

Limit: 1 free ticket per person per week.

6. Bonus tickets

You can earn bonus tickets when people you bring to the game play it themselves. In these rules a "call" is a like, a pass or a pick in the style games, and only considered calls count: calls made too quickly to have looked at the garment are not counted.

Friends who play: +1 for each new visitor who opens your personal link or code and makes at least 5 considered calls in the game during the week. Each visitor counts once, ever, and only for the first personal link or code they arrive through.

Friends who join: +3 for each person you refer who creates an account, verifies their email address and makes at least 10 considered calls.

Creator codes: a person who joins with a creator’s code receives +1 bonus ticket, once.

There is no limit on the number of bonus tickets. Bonus tickets are never awarded for sharing or posting a link, only for the other person’s own play. Tickets go only to the person whose link or code was used, never to anyone who referred that person. To hold tickets you must meet section 3.

7. Fair play

The Sponsor may void tickets that come from your own devices, from duplicate or disposable email accounts, from automated play (bots or scripts), or from any other abuse, and may disqualify anyone who takes part in it.

The Sponsor may review a winner’s tickets before the win is confirmed. If a review finds tickets that break these rules, those tickets are void and the winner may be drawn again from the remaining valid tickets.

8. Odds

Your odds of winning are your valid tickets divided by all valid tickets for that week. The Grail page shows your tickets and the week’s total.

9. How the winner is picked

One winner is picked each week, on or shortly after the Monday after the week closes, at random by a computer from all valid tickets for that week. Every valid ticket has an equal chance. The random seed and the list of tickets used are recorded so the result can be checked.

A person whose prizes from the program would exceed the program’s annual prize limit (see the Fashionista Program Terms) is not eligible to win that week.

10. The prize

One prize per week: that week’s Grail, as described and pictured on the Grail page. It is either a box of real sample garments or a featured sample garment, chosen by the Sponsor.

The approximate retail value of each week’s prize is under $100 and is available on request. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and no substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

11. Winner notification and claim

The winner is notified by email at the address on their account. The winner must sign in and submit a US shipping address within 7 days after that email. If the prize is not claimed in time, or the winner is found ineligible, one alternate winner may be drawn at random from the remaining valid tickets for that week; after that the prize is forfeited.

We will never ask for payment, bank details or card details to claim a prize.

12. Winner’s name

A winner’s first name and state are shown on the Grail page only if the winner chooses that when claiming. Otherwise the page says only that the prize was claimed.

13. Taxes and the annual prize limit

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. The prize’s value counts toward the annual per-person prize limit in the Fashionista Program Terms.

14. Creators

A creator who receives tickets for promoting the Grail has a material connection to the Sponsor and must disclose it clearly in every post that promotes it, for example with "#ad" or "I get entries", as the US Federal Trade Commission’s guidance requires. Creators receive tickets and program points only, never cash.

15. Social platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok or Reddit. You release those platforms from any liability connected with it.

16. Privacy

We use your account details, your tickets and the visits and play that earned them only to run the Grail and to check it is fair. A winner’s shipping address is used only to send the prize. We do not publish a winner’s name without their permission.

17. General

The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change the Grail if fraud, technical failure or any other cause affects its fairness, in which case it may pick a winner from the valid tickets received before the problem. By entering you agree to these rules and to the Fashionista Program Terms. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
