likelikelab privacy
Draft of Oct 19, 2026. likelikelab is run by Blue Coast Water, LLC ("we"). This page says what we keep about you, why, and who sees it. We do not sell your information. likelikelab is not offered in the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Quebec.
Where your information lives
likelikelab runs on Blue Coast Water’s own Google Firebase project. Your earner record, W-9, ID check, pay details and payments live in the BCW portal, Blue Coast Water’s own system on a separate Google Firebase project. Your W-9 and ID photos go straight there and are never kept on likelikelab.
Some older game records are still kept for us on Creative Worldwide’s system while they move to likelikelab. When the move is checked, they are removed there.
What we collect
- Your account: your phone number or email, a password if you set one, and your first name.
- About you: your age group, that you are 18 or older, gender (you can skip it), country and state, and the About me answers you give.
- Your play: what you like or pass, and how long each outfit was on screen.
- Your paid work: what you did, when, how it was checked, any note, and what it paid.
Before your first payout
In the US, an IRS Form W-9, which holds your tax id. A photo of your ID and a selfie: a person at Blue Coast Water compares them by eye, with no face-matching software. Your pay handle (the phone or email on your Zelle to start).
Your profile picture is made from the style you pick. We never use a photo of you for it.
How we use it
- To offer you tasks, check your work, pay you every Friday and keep the records.
- To check who you are before your first payout and to stop fake accounts. A computer signal can hold a payment for a person to look at, but never decides on its own.
- To show brands what players like, only in groups of at least 30 people.
- To meet the law, for example the tax forms Blue Coast Water must file.
Texts and emails
We text your sign-in codes. If we start texting about your tasks, papers or payday, we ask you first, and you can reply STOP.
Emails about your account and your pay always go. Offers and news go only if you said yes, and every one has an Unsubscribe link that works in one tap.
Who sees it
A brand never sees your name, contact details, location, score or pay. Blue Coast Water’s team sees what it needs to check work and pay you.
Companies that run parts of the service for us: Google (Firebase and Cloud Run: sign-in, the database, the website and its codes by text), AgentMail (email), and Zelle and your bank for payments.
How long we keep it
We keep records of work, checks and payments. W-9s and ID photos are deleted 7 years after your last payment. When you unsubscribe, we keep a note of it so you stay unsubscribed.
Age
You must be 18 or older to have a likelikelab account. If you tell the game you are under 18, it stops and nothing is sent to us.
Closing your account
Closing removes your sign-in and takes your name, email, phone and pictures off likelikelab. Money already approved is paid on the last payday. The record of your work and payments, and your tax forms, stay with Blue Coast Water, LLC as the law asks.
Your choices
Ask to see, copy or correct what we keep, or to delete what the law lets us delete: write to privacy@bluecoastwater.com or text us. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
When this page changes, we tell you in the app and change the date at the top.
