likelikelab host terms
Draft of Oct 26, 2026. The short version: your business lets Blue Coast Water, LLC put likelikelab posters up at its place. You decide how many, where, and what you don't want, and you can ask us to take any poster down. We pay your business what your agreement says (for posters put up and checked, for scans, or a monthly amount), on Fridays, after we have your business's W-9. Either side can end it with notice.
The parties
1.1 These terms are between Blue Coast Water, LLC ("BCW", "we"), a Delaware limited liability company, and the business that signs up at likelikelab.com/shops or signs an agreement link ("the host", "you").
1.2 likelikelab is BCW's platform. BCW is the only party that pays you under these terms.
1.3 The person who signs or agrees confirms they are at least 18 and allowed to sign for the business.
The posters
2.1 Our street team puts posters up at your place. Each poster advertises likelikelab or one of our clients and carries a QR code.
2.2 You control them. On your Posters page you set the most posters at once, where they may go (window, notice board, counter, door), kinds of posters you don't want, and a note for our team. Our team sees these before they post, and our system refuses a poster past your maximum.
2.3 You can ask us to take any poster down, for any reason, from your Posters page. We aim to take it down within 7 days.
2.4 We will not put up a poster that is unlawful, that advertises tobacco, cannabis, alcohol, gambling, weapons or adult content, or that names a business you told us you don't want.
2.5 Our team may photograph a poster at your place to check that it is up. The photos show the poster and its spot; we ask our team not to photograph people.
Pay
3.1 Your agreement says what you earn, in plain words, and may mix: an amount for each poster put up and checked at your place; an amount for each counted scan of a poster there, up to a cap per poster per month; and a monthly amount for a number of posters.
3.2 A poster counts once our team has put it up and BCW has checked its photo. Scans are counted by our systems; a scan we judge to be fake or repeated is not counted.
3.3 A monthly amount is paid for each month the agreement is active, pro-rated for the first and last month, even in a month we put up fewer posters than it says.
3.4 BCW pays on Fridays, once your total is at least the minimum shown on your Money page, to the business account you give us. Nothing is paid before we have your business's W-9 and have checked it. BCW may file an information return (such as a Form 1099) for what it pays you.
3.5 If we pay you by mistake (a wrong amount, or a scan later found to be fake), we may take it off a later payment.
What you see, and privacy
4.1 Your pages show your own places and posters, what each advertises, the first name of the person who put it up, and how many times it was scanned. They never show who scanned, or their phone or network.
4.2 People who sign in for your business (the owner and the staff the owner adds) sign in with their own mobile number. Staff see posters and can ask for changes; only the owner sees money and tax forms.
4.3 BCW keeps your business's tax information private and uses it only to pay you and to report what it paid. Our privacy policy at likelikelab.com/privacy covers the people who sign in.
Your place
5.1 You are not our employee or agent, and these terms do not make a partnership or joint venture, whatever the screens call you.
5.2 You may host other advertising. These terms are not exclusive on either side.
5.3 You tell us if you have no right to let posters go up at your place (a landlord rule, say). We take them down when you ask.
Ending
6.1 Either side may end the agreement at any time from the screens or by email, with 7 days' notice. BCW may pause it at once if posters go missing, scans look fake, or the place closes.
6.2 When it ends, we take our posters down, and we pay what you earned before the end.
Liability
7.1 BCW is responsible for its posters and its team at your place.
7.2 Neither side is liable to the other for lost profits or indirect damages, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Changes, and the rest
8.1 We may change these terms. We tell you on your Home page and by text at least 14 days before a change of substance; your pay for posters already up does not change without your agreement.
8.2 New York law governs.
